Saif Bagajati is currently Director, Product at FreshBooks where he leads Client Billing and Payments, helping small business owners across the world serve their customers and scale their business.

Saif is passionate about leveraging technology to help make the world a better place. Saif has spent over 18 years building and scaling teams and systems. Prior to his role at FreshBooks, Saif has worked in multiple industries such as Telecommunications, Automotive, Academia, and FinTech.

Saif has earned a degree in Software Engineering from the University of Western Ontario, and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Saif considers himself a lifelong learner and believes not only in pursuing self-development but leveraging that to serve his community. Saif is also very family-oriented and enjoys spending time with family.

He is married to Nour and has one daughter; Sara. Saif also has two brothers, two sisters, four nephews, and two nieces. Saif also enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and the outdoors.
